1/2 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions:
In small bowl, measure powdered sugar and set to one side. In medium bowl, measure flour and baking powder. Mix with your fingers or a large spoon. In large bowl, measure margarine or butter, granulated sugar, egg yolk, water and vanilla. Squish with your fingers or mix with a big spoon until smooth. Add the flour mixture. Squish with your fingers or mix with a big spoon until soft and no flour is showing. Preheat oven to 375°F. Chill dough in the refigerator for about 10 minutes. Take a piece of dough the size of 1 bubblegum and form into a roll. Put on cookie sheet. Shape it into a half circle. Press it down with your fingers so it has the shape of a crescent moon. Put cookies about 2 inches apart on the cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned around edges. When cookies are done, remove to a wire rack to cool. While cookies are still warm, dip each one into the powdered sugar. Put cookies back on wire rack to cool.
