Quote for the day:

'Whatever you give a woman, she's going to multiply. If you give her sperm, she'll give you a baby.
If you give her a house, she'll give you a home. If you give her groceries, she'll give you a meal.
If you give her a smile, she'll give you her heart. She multiplies and enlarges what is given to her.'

So - if you give her crap, you will receive a bucket full of sh**.

Love and appreciate all the women in your life.

Ladies is your hair starting to thin? Read the results of a Study done by the Britts

A recent study of women, suffering from hair loss found that by increasing the levels of the amino acid lysine, they had marked improvements within 16 weeks.
Lysine helps make ferritin, an iron storing protein that maximizes hair growth
These studies also show that lysine reduces anxiety, it blocks cell receptors that trigger your bodies stress response. lysine is found in nuts. However the body requires a large amount in order to rev ferritin production.
In the study they determined that a dose of 500mg of l-Lysine is what will help you hair and stress. You can find this product in a brand like Nature Made. But check your local wal-mart I bet their store brand will be cheaper and work just as well.

Quick tip for Footcare

Many of the most exclusive salons are promoting “natural sand” spa treatments, and charging a boatload for them! All you need is a bag at the beach or your kids sandbox.
Next time you’re at the beach, scoop a few handfuls of sand into a bag. Mix a bit of it with cleanser and moisturizer, and rub gently on your rough foot surfaces. If you need instant heel-smoothing, you can even mix some of the sand with tanning oil and give yourself on-spot foot care.
