I am all for FREE!! I've tried the two numbers you listed but have found that using 1-800-411-SAVE, I save more time as well. The services you listed are done by only machines so you never speak to a real person. I started using 1-800-411-SAVE last week when I saw a special on the local news that mentioned the service as being one of the best FREE 411 services available. I use the service frequently, its free, done by real people (NO MACHINES) and they even connect my call for free...what else could I ask for?I am all for FREE!!
