Slimming smoothie

Get your blender out
2cups of diced seedless watermelon
1/2 a cup of chilled silken tofu
1/4 cup fruit only strawberry perserves like Polander all fruit
1Tbs lemon juice now put them all in the blender shut the lid
and blend 45 sec or until smooth stop and add 11/2 cups of frozen strawberries
and 1/2 of frozen vanilla favored yogurt. put the lid on blend until smooth

This is slimming because the watermelon is made up of 92 percent water
the tofu is rich in peptides
