Dollar tree is taking coupons....

I found Bic pens, Lysol toilet Cleaner, Scott Brite sponge scrubbers and Hefty bags in all sizes at my local
 Dollar tree. They rang me out with no problems, I saved 15.75 in the Dollar tree. So when you are in the store take your coupons with you. The stock is always being changed never know what kind of deals you will find.

My coupons brought all my items down to 50 cents each. Who ever thought I would get a deal in the dollar tree. Let me know if you have used coupons there yet. I'd love to know what deals you found.

Publix & kroger haul

Did pretty good to day, retail on these trips $153.79. Out of pocket 58.24,  I got Kraft B Q sauce for 9 cents a bottle at Kroger it is part of the buy 10 get 5.00 off deal that makes them 49 cents check you coupon stash for the buy 2 Kraft B Q sauces get 40 cents off, after they double the coupons it is only 18 cents for 2 bottles that is my stock up price.
 If you haven't check the sales and your coupons this week, you should, there are some great stock up price out there. Oh Publix has the Smart Balance spread 2/2.50 there is a fifty cent coupon in your stash that double to 1.00 that makes them  25 cents each that is my stock up price.

 They also have the 6 pack of Hershey candy bars BOGO with the coupon $1.00 off 2 that makes them $1.45 for a six pack if you buy them at check out individually they are 89 cents each That's $5.34 . I like the $1.45 price myself  24 cents each better buy.( A girls gotta have her chocolate.)

The retail before sale prices and coupons would have been 59.94 paid 6.95 out of pocket. (1 toothbrush would have cost more than that.)

Save-a-dime: With the help of Kroger and coupons:Today I became an Extreme Couponer

I have been at this coupon thing for quite a while. And it has been my goal to walk of the grocery store with them owing me money.  Today was that day for me. I walked out of Kroger with 172.28 worth of items. Did not even have to pay the tax. And I still have $2.57 credit left on my Kroger card to use on my next trip.
Wow it was great to leave the store with a full shopping cart and not owe them any money from my checking account. No I don't do this good every week, but this week I clipped and I saved.
I also earned 207 points toward the 10 cents off a gallon program with the purchase of my free food.

Save-aDime: Rite aid & CVS haul

I ran in into Rite Aid at lunch today. It was worth it.
4 boxes of Pearson Nips candy
3 96 oz   bottles of bleach
2 8 oz Purell hand Sanitzers
2 packs of Stayfree Pads

Sub total after coupons and RR BUCKS was  9.45 not bad, I got back $12.00 in RR so that was like paying
$2.55 for all those products.

On the way home The Hubby and I stopped by CVS.  I worked the Buy $30.00 get $10.00 back deal as follows
4 Wisk 32 0z on sale for $4.99 each 19.96 
also bought 2 lady Speed sticks and  2 Speedsticks for men on sale for $2.99 each  $11.96

That brings my total to $31.92
I had8.00 IN EB'S left from last week, brings it down to $23.92 I used 4 $2.00 off Wisk coupons that's another $8.00 off . Now we're down to $15.92. Next I gave the clerk 4 coupons for $1.00 off the Speed Stick. That's another $4.00 off    subtotal 11.92  pretty good but what's even better is they gave me back $10.00 in extra bucks so that is like getting all this stuff for $1.92.

Transaction 2   CVS has Treseme Shampoo and Styling product for 3/$10.00  so if you buy 4 Sunday papers like I do, you have 4 $3.00 off one Treseme product coupons. Rings up at $10.00 for 3 take off $9.00 in coupons and that's 3 for $1.00 that is 33 cents each great deal.
