Save-a-dime at Walgreens

This afternoon I was sorting out my coupon binder. When I came across the Dove coupon BOGO and I remembered that Walgreens has a deal if you spend $10.00 on dove lotions you get $3.00 back. The 18 oz Sauve naturals are $3.00 each. So we would need to buy 4 $12.00 after BOGO coupons it came to $6.00 they gave us Back $3.00 in RR"S. So we that made them 75 cents a bottle.
Just want to say Thanks to the hubby for the last minute run.
 Check your coupon stash and see if you have the BOGO coupon.
 I almost missed a great deal.

This is what I got 4.62 out of pocket today.
 U-kotex 18 count
, St Joseph 91 mg 200 count bottle,
 1 candy bar it was a filler Item,
 and 2 64 oz ocean spray cranberry juice

The best part is I came home with 4 dollars in rewards to start my next haul.

Check your coupon file there is a $2.00 off coupon for Aveeno. Wal-mart has the 2.5 oz tube of daily moisturizing lotion for 2.97 after coupon you pay 97 cents.

Have a food saver you should watch this, cheaper than buying jars.

Got to try this.Marshmallow Caramel Popcorn. 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. butter 9-10 marshmallows 12 c. popcorn. Microwave brown sugar and butter for 2 minutes. Add marshmallows. Microwave until melted, 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. Pour over popcorn.

Save-a-dime: At CVS

With the helped of my hubby, we made a run to CVS last night. I spent $11.98 out of pocket.

The haul : 2 full Size bottles of Pantene Shampoo, 2 full size bottles of Pantene Conditioners, 2 tubes of Crest toothpaste, 2 tubes Colgate Total tooth paste, 2 Mitchum Full size deodorants, 2 boxes U- Kotex pads, 4 bottles of Wisk 32 load laundry soap, 2 snickers bars and 1 can of tuna. That is 88.98 in retail out of pocket 11.98. Coupons and rewards saved  me $77.00 .  That's 770 dimes. LOL!  Oh and I have $6.00 in Extra care bucks to use next week. I don't know how people afford to shop with out coupons.

Learn to make your own instant oatmeal

Great Idea Fill balloons with water, freeze and use and reuse them instead of ice! Super cute for kids parties too!
