Save-a-dime: How I got another 10.00 gas card at CVS

Transaction 1: Buy 2-8 count Excedrin for 99 cents each, and get back 1.98 in Extra Care Bucks.
Buy Oral B pulsar tooth brush for $6.00, it is on sale and all you coupon Diva's should have a $3.00 off coupon.
That brings the price down to $3.00. This purchase earned you another $3.00 in Extra Care Bucks.

Okay now buy the Colgate Multi Packs for $4.99 each, I bought 2 deals that earned me $6.00 Extra care Bucks.
I didn't have a coupon for this but check your stash, you may have one.
I also bought the Colgate Maxi fresh on sale for 2.79 each, I bought 2 and earned $4.00 in Extra Care Bucks.
That was Transaction 1.  I paid 20.54 for these Items after my coupons.
I earned 14.98 in extra bucks to use on transaction 2

Transaction 2: Certain Items qualify you for the $10.00 gas card, so the all the items I purchased in this transaction qualify.

Planters Cashews on sale for 3 cans for 10.00( Normal price is $5.63 a can) I bought 3 cans.
next I purchased 3 boxes of the Hefty 80 count trash bags,they are on sale for 6.99.(Normal price 10.49 a box.) That comes to 30.97, I had 3 coupons for 55 cents off each box of the trash bags so I paid 29.32
an earned my $10.00 gas card.
Before sale price and coupons and Extra Bucks these items would have cost me $72.42.
After sale prices, coupons, Extra Bucks, and gas card,  I paid 24.88. Saved me $47.54. Maybe not extreme couponing but I think it above average. LOL
